Pan-European conference on future of railway freight on 30 March in Munich

Brussels, 15/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The second pan-European conference on the future of railway freight, EurailFreight, will be held on 30 May in Munich. It is being organised by the European Rail Community (CER) and the International Union of Railways (UIC). It will focus on fair competition conditions in the market, lessons to be learned from the experiences of the new Member States of the EU and what infrastructure is crucial for ensuring the success of rail transport in Europe.
