Brussels, 31/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - As announced (see EUROPE of 21 December 2004, p.5, and others), the External Relations Council decided on Monday temporarily to suspend diplomatic measures the European Union took in June 2003 in protest at the arrest of 75 Cuban dissidents against Fidel Castro's regime.
