31/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - European Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn has welcomed the announcement by General Lazarovic of Serbia (accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity in Kosovo in 1999) to turn himself in to the International Criminal Tribunal to the Former Yugoslavia. 'I trust this will be followed by further transfers of indictees from Serbia and Montenegro to The Hague Tribunal.
