31/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has authorised plans of private investment fund Electra European Fund Luxembourg Presidency, which is based in Guernsey, to take over ThyssenKrupp Fahrzeugguss Business Group (TKFG). The German company TKFG, which brings together ThyssenKrupp Castings GmbH and ThyssenKrupp Aluminium Technick, produces light metal elements, mainly in aluminium, which are used in the production of car chassis.
