31/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans of the regional state bank of Nordrhine-Westphalia, WestLB, to take sole control of Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing GmbH (DAL), a company which is active mainly in the leasing of buildings and aircraft. The operation, which will allow WestLB to increase its stake in DAL from 42% to 90%, was approved upon examination under the simplified procedure.
