Brussels, 25/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg arm of the European Institute for Public Administration, the Centre europeen de la magistrature et des professions juridiques, is organising a seminar in Luxembourg on 24/25 February on the latest EU guidelines on the freedom of circulation of individuals in the common market.
