25/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, Microsoft announced it will be appealing against the ruling by the European Court of First Instance (see Europe of 23 December 2004) rejecting Microsoft's request for interim measures to suspend the remedies imposed on Microsoft by the European Commission on 24 March 2004, namely to provide interoperability information about Windows to competitors and selling an unbundled version of Windows (fully functional without Windows Media Player).
