Commission takes action against seven Member States over public procurement rules

Brussels, 18/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The scam has decided to take five Member States to the European Court of Justice for violating European public procurement law (Germany, Spain, Greece, Italy and Portugal) and has sent a series of Reasoned Opinions and concluded a case of proceedings against the United Kingdom.
