Brussels, 06/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - In an interview published by Le Monde on 6 January, European Commissioner for industry, Günther Verheugen underlined that rectifying current weaknesses would require the "European economic model" to focus on jobs and growth by ensuring a high level of social and environmental protection to create a single model.
