ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) brewing

The British group PUNCH TAVERNS has sold 545 outlets to the company PUBFOLIO LIMITED for 162.5 million pounds sterling. After this sale, PUNCH TAVERNS will still own some 7,800 pubs, which will allow it to keep its place as UK number two behind ENTERPRISE INNS.
