03/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on Thursday, President Barroso met Preisndet Bush's new Security Advisor Stephen Hadley, who has taken over from Condoleezza Rice. Hadley handed Barroso a personal letter from George W. Bush, in which the American President hoped to strengthen relations between the US and the EU and work together more lcosely on the Middle East, Iran and Iraq.
