01/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Ceris (European Centre for International and Strategic Research) presided by Georges Delcoigne is organising on 3 and 4 December in Brussels, a seminar on international terrorism, with the participation of Professor Rohan Gunaratna, from the University of Singapore. Professor Gunaratna, is one of the main global experts on terrorism and in 2002 published "Inside Al Qaeda-Global Network of Terror" (Columbia University Press). During the seminar, which will be opened by the president of the Chamber of Belgian Representatives, Belgian Herman De Croo and Georges Delcoigne. He will speak on the "The Post 9-11 Threat" and "Armed Conflicts in Pacific Asia: from the Kashmir to the Philippines".
