Brussels, 23/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - During Monday evening's policy debate at the Agriculture and Fisheries Council, Member States confirmed that their opinions differ over the arrangements for reform of the European sugar policy. The Agriculture Ministers of the ten Member States that signed a joint letter were the most critical toward the European Commission's proposals (yesterday's EUROPE, p.12).
