Philippe Léger believes "risk from attacks" guarantees for EP building insurance contracts should not have been rescinded after 11/9/01

Luxembourg, 15/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Léger has taken a position supporting the European Parliament in its litigation against three insurance companies, which the day after 11 September 2001, decided unilaterally to rescind risk against attacks cover for EP buildings.
