Strasbourg, 15/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 16 - 17 November, the European HEIB Committee is going to draw a balance sheet of its 50 year history. It will also be launching its publication "Health, Ethics and Human Rights - the Council Meets the Challenge", of which a copy will symbolically be submitted to Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
