Strasbourg, 10/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, Poland succeeded Norway at the helm of the Council of Europe, which brings together 46 States in Europe. The Polish Minister for Foreign Affairs, Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz, presented his country's priorities to the Committee of Ministers of the organisation.
The six months of the Polish Presidency will be marked, in particular, by the Summit of the Member States of the organisation, which is due to be held in Warsaw on 16 and 17 May 2005....
