The Austrian group SHOE & SHIRT has acquired the French GBB (estimated turnover of 16.5 million EUR in 2003 and with 260 employees), which is a specialist in children's shoes. SHOE & SHIRT, which is active on the Germanic and Nordic markets, sells 2.2 million pairs every year.
