05/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has, according to expedited procedure, authorised the creation of a joint company between Sportfive GmbH and HSG Technischer Service GmbH, subsidiaries of the German groups, Bilfinger and Berger. The new company will be called Stadion Frankfurt Management GmbH and will be responsible for managing the new Frankfurt stadium ("Neues Waldstadion").
