03/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Council of the EU heard a presentation by the Belgian Foreign Minister, Karel De Gucht, about his recent mission to the African Great Lakes Region. Mr De Gucht spoke mainly about peace efforts concerning the Democratic Republic of Congo.
