John Monks repeats firm commitment to European Constitution - Future of Europe depends on its social policy

Brussels, 03/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Speaking before members of the European Policy Centre (EPC) on 3 November on the subject "European unions and the future of the European economic and social model", the Secretary General of the European Trade Union Conference (ETUC) John Monks repeated his firm commitment in favour of the new European Constitution with a social dimension.
