03/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The ISUPE Association (Initiatives for public untility services in Europe) and the EPSG (European Policy Study Group) is organising a seminar on 25 November in Brussels on "European Regulation Agencies". In a press statement, the two organisations note that with the multiplication of agencies from the European Union and "issues involving coordination of national regulation agencies in the area of SGEI (energy, transport, communication) is raising more questions of the possibioity of creating European regulation agencies. The seminar, organised in the ontext of the publication of the ISUPE book European Regulatory Agencies, will be attended by Paolo Ponzano, director of the European Commission task force on the future of Europe.
