In France, NOVASEP has acquired ORELIS, subsidiary of RHODIA (annual turnover of EUR 20 million with workforce of 90). The new venture will employ around 1500 in different units in France, Germany and Switzerland and is expected to attain a turnover of around EUR 300 million in 2004.
