03/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - Philippe de Buck Secretary General of UNICE, welcomed the signing of the European constitution and announced that by way of UNICE's federation members, employers would continue to support the constitutional treaty. In particular, Mr de buck noted that the constitution strengthened European competitiveness and Europe's presence on the international scene.
