03/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 29 October the European Commission adopted a regulation on opening sales outlets of wine alcohol for use as bioethanol in Community fuel sector. The volume of alcohol has risen to a total of 480,000 hectolitres (150,000 form stocks in Spain, 250,000 in France and 80,000 in Italy). This regulation was published in Official Journal L 328 on 30 October 2004.
