EUR 760 million for research and development, infrastructure and SMEs in Poland

Luxembourg, 18/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - On the occasion of its tenth annual forum in Warsaw, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed or approved several loans intended for investment projects in Poland for a total of EUR 760 million. The loans will serve to co-fund, with the EU, priority projects in the fields of science and innovation (250 million) and municipal infrastructure - in Katowice (50 million) and in Bydgoszcz (35 million).
