Competition rules do not apply to anti-doping regulations of International Olympic Committee, CFI says

Brussels, 30/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Court of First Instance (CFI) rejected action brought by two athletes challenging the compatibility of International Olympic Committee's anti-doping rules with Community competition rules and the free provision of services.
