Luxembourg, 22/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - In an order, the president of the Court of Justice of the EU has refused to treat as urgent a case on the right to vote in the European Parliament elections and on the referendum on the European Constitution of inhabitants of Aruba, an OCT (Overseas Countries and Territories) of the Dutch Antilles.
