20/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the project put forward by the American firms, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. Lp and DLJ Merchant Banking III, which belong to Crédit Suisse, to acquire joint control of the companies, Jostens Inc, The Von Hoffman Corporation and AKI Inc, also American. For now, DLJ has sole control of these companies. The operation was approved according to the conditions set in simplified examination procedure.
