Brussels, 20/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and Mercosur are not expected to exchange their new offers of liberalisation till the end of the week, after a further internal meeting between Mercosur countries (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay). The offers were in principle to be ready by Monday.
