20/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy (who was in Moscow last week), said Russia could join the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in 2005 or 2006. The EU and Russia have already concluded their bilateral consultations on Russia's membership to the WTO.
