Brussels, 10/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The meeting of the EU Troika with New Zealand's foreign minister in The Hague on Thursday looked at lamb and butter import quotas and the issue of visas. Commissioner Chris Patten and the Dutch European Affairs Minister Atzo Nicolai discussed these matter with the New Zealand Foreign and Trade Minister Phil Goff.
