Commission will definitely take United Kingdom to court over Sellafield safety

Brussels, 01/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - According to a source close to the dossier, it has been confirmed that the European Commission will be deciding on Friday whether to go to the Court of Justice over safety at the Sellafield nuclear plant in the United Kingdom (EUROPE 27 August p 5).
