European Heritage Days ceremony in Barcelona on 4/5 September

Brussels, 30/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The President of the Culture, Science and Education Committee of the Council of Europe, Lluis Maria de Puig, will be taking part in the opening ceremony in Barcelona on 4/5 September of the European Heritage Days.
