30/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Dutch Presidency of the Council of the EU is organising a conference on 7 September on the European Values Policy, preceded by a dinner where Dutch minister Balkenende will be inviting a special guest, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, former President of the European Convention.
