European Commission may again examine threat at end of September to insurers of not being covered by terrorist acts

Brussels, 30/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's ad hoc group on insurance in the air sector, is expected to meet up at the end of September in Brussels, indicated AFP quoting a Commission spokesperson from the Commission. Following the first apparently un-fruitful meeting on 19 July, the objective is to again discuss the threat to insurance companies of not covering acts of terrorism, such as "dirty" bombs.
