Brussels, 30/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - Dutch Foreign Minister Ben Bot, whose country holds the European Union Presidency until 31 December, has invited Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi to attend the forthcoming Summit of European Union Heads of State and Government held on 5 November in Brussels.
