Brussels, 02/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - Although the decision taken by several member states to hold referendums to consult public opinion on the European Constitution backed by the European Council of 17 and 18 June has cast some uncertainty on the future of the project, the European Commission has just published a "Flash Eurobarometer" survey which shows that the majority of European citizens in all the member states are in favour of its adoption.
