Brussels, 02/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Citizen Action Service (ECAS) is to open a hotline from 3 to 10 August for anybody an any advice service who wishes to report barriers to free movement in the enlarged Europe. Three months have now elapsed since the official entry of the ten new member states and ECAS wants to be sure that their citizens are being treated in the same way as those from the old member states.
