Brussels, 02/08/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has proposed a partnership and cooperation agreement with Tajikistan for signature by the Council. The agreement is based on three axes of cooperation between the EU and the Central Asian Republic: political dialogue, multi-sectoral cooperation and trade.
