Statement of objections to PSA Peugeot Citroën for anti-competitive practices

Brussels, 29/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has announced that one month ago, it sent a statement of objections to the car manufacturer PSA Peugeot Citroen (upon receipt of which, PSA will have two months to submit its comments). The Commission is said to be accusing the French group of anti-competitive practices, which are not in conformity with the group exemption regulation for the automotive sector.
