29/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has cleared acquisition of the German IT software company XtraMind Technologies by the German companies Siemens and AGUTH, and the British investment fund 3i Group Investments LP. The move, notified on 28 June, was approved after examination according to simplified procedure.
