Brussels, 28/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The WTO General Council has been meeting in Geneva since Tuesday with the ambitious hope of resulting by the end of the week (deadline set Friday midnight) in a framework agreement for finalising negotiations on the Doha Development Agenda (DDA). The Council's plenary session ended rapidly at the end of the morning Tuesday to allow delegations of the 147 member countries to meet in small groups.
