28/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - In the case between Microsoft and the European Commission, the President of the Court of First Instance, Bo Vesterdorf, has decided on 30 September and 1 October for the hearing of the parties. This meeting precedes the order to be returned by the Court on the procedure introduced by the American company, aiming to have the Commission's decision of 24 March overturned (see EUROPE of 29 June).
