Bronislaw Geremek admits he is disappointed about not being elected - Graham Watson notes group has free hand for second half of legislature

Strasbourg, 20/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - During a joint press conference on Tuesday with Graham Watson, Bronislaw Geremek admitted that he had been a candidate for the presidency of the Europe Parliament not because he wanted, as some said, to be a "troubler" but because "I wanted to win, and I am disappointed that I did not".
