Advocate General Geelhoed considers problem of pollution generated by Pera Galini discharge in Crete is clearly of a structural kind

Luxembourg, 20/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Advocate General Geelhoed proposes that the Court of Justice should find Greece guilty of bad management of waste deposited in the Péra Galini site near the town of Heraklion in Crete. The use of the site has clearly posed a problem of a structural kind since 1992 when it was opened.
