Brussels, 20/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Director General of the WTO, Supachai Panitchpakdi, has sent out an urgent appeal to the 147 member countries of the organisation, calling upon them to agree on the draft text published on Friday in order to conclude a framework agreement by the end of the month of the finalisation of the Doha round.
