20/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The surveillance body of the European Free Trade Alliance has adopted non-binding provisions on the new regulatory framework for electronic communications, to enter into force in the autumn. This raft of measures, dating from 14 July, will apply throughout the European Economic Area.
