13/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Dutch presidency of the EU announced on Monday evening that it was going to invite the president of the European Convention, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, as well as its vice presidents, Jean-Luc Dehaene and Giulio Amato to take part in the official signing of the European Constitution ceremony on 29 October in Rome. Details of the ceremony will be arranged in consultation with the Italian host later on.
