13/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - In a fringe "External Relations" meeting, the EU Troika (chaired by Bernard Bot) met with the OSCE Troika on Monday evening (currently chaired by the Bulgarian minister of foreign affairs, Solomon Passy to discuss the following subjects: relations between the EU and OSCE.
