Luxembourg, 03/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - A former Greek judge at the European Court of Justice paid money to his ex-wife through "sheer courtesy", and had not committed to pay her an allowance as such. The Court of First Instance ruled to this effect in a case opposing the judge's ex-wife to the administration of the Court of Justice, which refused to pay her a monthly allowance to 200,000 Belgian Francs (4,957.87 EUR).
